Setting Lechem up — and being heard when something is wrong

A few questions at the start, then it leaves you alone. And on every single screen, a way to send a report — with a screenshot, a recording or your voice attached.

The first ten minutes decide whether an app is ever opened again, so Lechem asks little and asks it once: who you are setting this up for, roughly what your day looks like, which language you want. Then it stops.

There is a settings place for the things that are genuinely settings, kept out of the everyday screens so they are not in the way of an ordinary day. Everything is still findable by search.

There is a screen for handing your phone to somebody — a guest at your table who wants to look something up, a child, a person who asked what the app is — without them landing inside your own record.

And on every screen there is a way to send a report. Not a support email address: a screen that captures a screenshot, a screen recording, or your voice describing what went wrong, and sends it with the report. It is on every screen because the moment somebody notices something is the moment you get told, and asking a person to remember it until later is how feedback dies.

When there is a new version, the app tells you what changed. Not a marketing note — the actual list.
