Delete your Lechem account
This page says exactly what happens, before anything happens. Read it first — nothing on this page deletes anything until you are signed in and have said yes twice.
What is deleted, every time
These three go whenever a deletion is carried out, whether or not your OOretz account itself is removed.
- Your Lechem membership. Lechem stops knowing you.
- Every feedback report you sent from Lechem — your words, the pictures, the screen recordings and the voice notes. Not hidden, not anonymised: removed, along with the files themselves.
- Your Lechem sign-in. If your OOretz account is kept because you belong somewhere else, you can still sign in there — but not to Lechem, because there is nothing of yours left in it.
Your OOretz account itself
Lechem sign-in uses one OOretz account, and that same account is how people reach other services on this platform. So the account is deleted only when Lechem is the only thing it holds. This is not a formality — deleting it removes rows in hundreds of tables at once, and none of those may belong to somebody else.
- You hold nothing outside Lechem. Your account is deleted with your Lechem data, in the same step.
- You also belong to another OOretz service. Your account is KEPT, and everything belonging to that service is untouched. Your Lechem data is deleted either way. This is listed below by name, so you can see exactly what is holding the account open.
- This account holds an administrator role on the platform. It is kept, and its Lechem data is deleted. Removing an administrator is a decision a person makes, not a form.
Nothing here ever reaches into another service to delete anything. Not a membership, not a file, not a record. If your account is kept, it is kept whole.
Delete it
You are not signed in.
We will not delete an account because somebody typed an address into a page. Sign in first — that is the only proof that the account is yours.
Sign inIf you can no longer sign in — the Google or Microsoft account is gone — write to [email protected] from the address you used. A person will verify it is you before anything is deleted. It will not be done on the strength of the message alone.
What is on your phone
This page cannot reach your phone, and nothing here erases it. Almost everything Lechem knows about your practice has never left the device — so deleting on this side leaves it exactly where it is. The app has its own control for that, under More · Local data, and it asks you this before it runs:

How long it takes
It is done while you wait — usually a few seconds. Nothing is queued and nobody reviews it. When the page says it is done, it is already done, and it has re-counted to check.
What is kept
One record: that a deletion was asked for on this date and what it did. It holds counts and step names. It holds no words of yours, no pictures, no recordings and no address.
That record is itself a record we kept about you, and there is no honest way around saying so. It exists because a deletion that leaves no trace cannot be proven to have happened — to you, or to anyone asking on your behalf. We would rather keep the thinnest possible proof and tell you it is there.
