What you send becomes a numbered Lechem ticket, kept apart from every other part of the platform, with the page you were on attached. If you are offline it waits on your own device and goes the moment you have a signal — it is not lost. Nothing is sent until you press send, and nothing about you is taken beyond what you chose to attach.

Inside the app there is a “Send a report” screen that captures a screenshot, a recording or your voice along with the report. That is the fastest way to be heard, and it is on every screen.

A report sent from the app arrives with the screen you were on and the version you were running, so nobody has to ask you to describe it twice. Nothing is sent anywhere else, and nothing is sent without you pressing send.

One thing this address is not for: a shailah. Lechem is a helper and a reminder, never a ruling. For anything halachic, ask your Rav — the app has a screen for keeping what he told you.
